The Kan Li Group at HUST’s School of Mechanical Science and Engineering and the State Key Laboratory of Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment and Technology is recruiting multiple postdoctoral researchers from home and abroad.

Research directions:

• Flexible electronic microfliers (distributed spatial sensing; sensing–communication–actuation integration)
• High-temperature flexible multimodal sensors (extreme-environment structural-health monitoring; conformal sensing on complex curved surfaces)
• Flexible intelligent microsystems (flexible fiber electronics; soft intelligent agents; neural interfaces)

Qualifications:

• Ph.D. (awarded or imminent) in mechanical, materials, mechanics, electronics, biomedical engineering, or related interdisciplinary fields;
• First-author publications in high-impact venues in the relevant field, with independent research ability;
• Strong English writing and academic communication skills; team spirit.
